Aims 
Our intercultural training courses on Germany are designed to
assist clients build, nurture and cement relationships with
counterparts from the region. The aim of the course is to provide
the correct cross-cultural tools to assist businesses or individuals
to communicate successfully with their German colleagues, clients
and customers.

Methods

Involvement is high and in addition to instruction from our
course facilitators we incorporate role-plays, simulations,
group discussions and case-studies. Diversity within the training
group is also utilised as a resource for learning. The course
provides each client with a complimentary information pack summarising
areas covered in the course.
Our cross-cultural trainings
for Germany are delivered by experienced consultants with expertise
in intercultural studies and experience in doing Business in
Germany. The training can be held in English, German, Spanish
or Portuguese.
Conditions

Our trainings are designed to be delivered over a period
of one or two days, depending on clients particular needs.
We accept individuals on a one-to-one basis and small groups
up to a maximum of 10 participants. Our courses can be administered
at the employer's site or at our premises in Nuremberg, Germany.
